Chromatography

Chromatography is a technique to separate out compounds and identify compounds in a mixture. There are 3 types: Thin Layer Chromatography, Column Chromatography and Gas Chromatography. Compounds separate out within a mixture due to different affinity to the stationary phase and different solubility to the mobile phase.
